Host a Workshop

Make the Road NJ hosts community financial aid workshops for students and families. We will work with you to design a workshop that meets the needs of the students and families you serve. Please contact us (nj4dreamers@maketheroadnj.org or 908-967-3478) to discuss what would work best for your school or community. Sample workshop themes and timelines are outlined below.

If you have limited time available, a one-session workshop in one of the following categories may be best.

  2. Train the Trainer Workshop: for educators, counselors, advisors and/or social service providers are interested in hosting clinics to help  immigrant students apply for financial aid under the new law.
